The hotel staff were friendly. i found the food to be excellent, especially the brick-oven pizzas! i appreciated the hot, varied breakfast buffet. There was much to choose from. even though the hotel is near a busy area, it was tranquil once inside.

loud music played from low-quality speakers. this gave me the impression of a hostel. i felt this detracted from the hyatt experience.

the hotel offers a welcome drink at check-in. rooms have a balcony overlooking the pool area. the swimming pool remains open fairly late. there's a lively atmosphere, i did like the central location, it was convenient. the breakfast had goan special dishes. it became my favorite.

music plays loud. the road outside the hotel is crowded. it made it hard to get a real goa vibe.
